On December 3, 2018, Mr Ghulam Isaczai, United Nations Resident Coordinator in the Republic of Azerbaijan and Mr Nasser A. Kareem, the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the State of Palestine to Azerbaijan paid a visit to Khazar University and had talks on mutual matters of interest with Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, and administrative staff of the University. Following, both guests attended a seminar, dedicated to the international solidarity day with Palestinian people, organized at Khazar University and delivered by the Ambassador of the State of Palestine.
