Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli shares his views on QS results

On October 31, 2018, media.az news portal posted an article (in Russian) “Azerbaijani higher educational institutions have been rated higher than the ones in Armenia. Two points changed positions in QS rating”. The article is based on the interview with Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees.
