On October 18, 2018, an article entitled “The Impact of Financial Development on Energy Consumption: Evidence from an Oil-Rich Economy” (impact factor 2.7) authored by Dr. Shahriyar Mukhtarov, Dean’s assistant of the School of Economics and Management of Khazar University, was awarded a second place in the competition “Scientific article among young economist researchers” organized by the Institute of Economics, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
