Khazar University Library and information Center (KULIC) is pleased to announce that library has just completed moving born-digital Institutional Repository by DSpace 1.8 to a new latest version by DSpace 6.2.

The Digital Open Access Khazar University Institutional Repository (KUIR) is a service of the Library and Information Center that preserves and makes available scholarly research by Khazar University's faculty, staff, and students. The open access repository includes books, conference papers, images, peer-reviewed scholarly articles, technical reports, theses and dissertations, working papers, and more.

KUIR is not only contemporary or emerging source of knowledge, information and communication but also one of the important digital services in our university.

Consequently, KUIR provides excellent opportunities for Khazar University to expand knowledge beyond internal and external learning environments.
