On August 30, 2018, Azerbaijan State News Agency – AZERTAC spread the news entitled “Azerbaijan's ornaments in the fraternal Kyrgyz country” related to the representation of Azerbaijan in the World Nomad Games and International Ethnocultural Festival to be conducted on 2-8 September in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The news says that Azerbaijan will be represented, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, by Gulnara Khalilova, PhD in Fine Arts, a fashion designer, an instructor at Khazar University.

The festival will feature more than 15 national and contemporary fashion designs created by the designer.

The news has been published in the journal -“Mədəniyyət.az”, on the internet pages of newspapers - “Yeni Azərbaycan” and “İkisahil”, on modern.az, paralel.az and other news portals.
