On 9 July, the last meeting of the University Academic Council in the current academic year, chaired by Dr. Hassan Niknafs, the rector of Khazar University, was held. In accordance with the agenda of the meeting, Jabir Khalilov, Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Elza Samadova, Dean of the School of Education, Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the School of Economics and Management, and Vafa Aslanova, Vice-dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, gave information about graduation in the current academic year. Moreover, Dr. Eldar Shahgaldiyev, Head of the Division for Graduate Students and Research, gave information about topics of dissertations of PhD students, approval of research supervisors for PhD students, and change of qualifications. Current issues were also discussed at the meeting.
