On June 27, 2018, Khazar University Division for Graduate Studies and Research, together with the Department of Political Science and International Relations, held a preliminary discussion of the dissertation entitled “The Analysis of Normative and Legal Bases of Western Dominance (Comparative, historical and Political Approaches)” by a PhD student Abbes Benmoussat.

Prof. Adil Mirabdullayev and Prof. Ramiz Sevdimaliyev, associates of the Institute of Philosophy of ANAS, Adil Mirabdullayev, Assoc.Prof. at Baku State University, Eldar Shahgaldiyev, Head of Division for Graduate Studies and Research of Khazar University, Elmar Mustafayev, Coordinator of the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Baba Bayramli, Instructor of the Department of Political Science and International Relations, and some PhD students participated in the discussion.
