An article “Essence of the Story and Dreams of the Writer” by Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, was published in two parts in March and April issues of “Khazar Review” journal. First half of the article covers 44^th-50^th pages of journal’s March issue, and the remaining part was published in the April issue on pages 50 and 56.
