A letter from the Republic of Bashkortostan of the Russian Federation was to Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli on the occasion of his 70^th jubilee. The letter was signed by 30 prominent mathematicians, mechanic scientists and specialists. In the letter, it is mentioned that specialists, for who Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli acted as a scientific supervisor for dissertations, gained achievements in Russia, the USA, Israel, Turkey and other countries. Moreover, the letter involves an appreciation for Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli’s performance in science and poetry.
