On April 2, 2018, Eurasia Knowledge Center organized a forum dedicated to the results of Open Budget Survey 2017 at Khazar University. Participants of the training on Natural Resource Management, which was organized jointly with representatives of government departments, civil society and international organizations, also took part in the forum.

Ingilab Ahmadov, Director of Eurasia Knowledge Center, talked about the essence and details of Open Budget Survey. Experts Volodimir Tarnay, Ukraine, Andrey Alayev, Russia, and Azer Mehtiyev, Azerbaijan, talked about Open Budget Index of their countries, and the factors which influence this Index.
