American Mathematical Society and mathematical portal of Russia report on the conference to be held at Khazar University

Mathnet.ru, the biggest mathematical portal of Russia and American Mathematical Society, one of the prominent mathematical societies in the world, reported on the “Operators, Functions, and Systems of Mathematical Physics Conference” to be organized by the Department of Mathematics, Khazar University on May 21-24, 2018, which is dedicated to Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli’s, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, 70^th jubilee.
