Speaking at the Ceremonial Meeting, Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and the Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, recounted the distinctive features of TSU which made it famous, praised the history and culture of Georgia, Shota Rustaveli legacy, recent developments in science in Georgia, Georgian-Azerbaijani relationships, Khazar University and its cooperation with Georgian universities. He presented the carpet, a gift from Khazar University, to TSU. 

Afterwards, Prof. Isakhanli met with the Ambassador of Azerbaijan in Georgia. 

Several information agencies, including Azerbaijan TV took interviews from Prof. Isakhanli. 

He also visited Georgian Parliament among the guests invited to the TSU’s 100^th Anniversary.
