The State Examination Center announces the registration until December 1, 2022, for applicants who are studying or have completed doctoral and dissertation studies in a foreign language, as well as foreigners and stateless persons to participate in the doctoral examinations in the Azerbaijani language.

Applicants should create a “Personal Cabinet” on the SEC website (http://ekabinet.dim.gov.az) in accordance with the “Rules for Creation and Use of a Personal Cabinet” to participate in a foreign language exam and stateless persons must register to take the Doctor of Philosophy exam in the Azerbaijani language. 

The Doctor of Philosophy exam in foreign languages is scheduled for December 11, 2022, and the Doctor of Philosophy exam in the Azerbaijani language for foreigners is scheduled for December 13.

The exam held on December 11 will consist of listening comprehension, reading comprehension, language use (lexical-grammatical tasks) and writing blocks. Applicants who do not participate in this exam are not admitted to the exam on the speaking block. The exam for the speaking block is planned to be held on December 17, 2022. Applicants who do not participate in the exam on the speaking block will not be provided with a certificate, even if they score 30 points or higher on the first 4 blocks. The evaluation of the speaking block will be done in oral form through a computer program.
