The State Examination Center (SEC) has announced the registration to participate in foreign language entrance examination for doctoral and dissertation programs for the 2021-2022 academic years.

We would like to inform you that according to the new rules, candidates preparing to submit their documents for admission to doctoral and dissertation programs in higher education institutions, scientific institutions and organizations must first create a “Personal Cabinet” on the website of the Ministry of Education (http://ekabinet.dim.gov.az) and then register through the link which will be activated from June 7 in order to be able to participate in foreign language entrance examination.

The candidates will be registered for the exam from 7 to 13 June 2021.

The exam is scheduled for June 20, 2021. The exam on speaking is planned to be held within few days starting from June 21.
