Khazar University Teaching and Learning Centre will hold a next virtual research seminar on “Program accreditation: an opportunity for University change”. The seminar will be presented on March 31, 2021 at 18:00 pm by Dr. Jose Miguel Carot, member Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).

Short bio of Dr. Jose Miguel Carot:
Dr. Jose Miguel Carot holds a PhD in Mathematics from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). He is Full Professor in the Department of Applied Statistics, Operational Research and Quality at the same university. He was the director of the Centre for Quality and Change Management, the head of the Academic Assessment Office and now is the Head of the Quality and Accreditation at UPV. He researches and works in higher education management, survey methodology, multivariate methods, composite indicators for quality and information systems. He has coordinated 6 European research projects about quality assurance and indicators in higher education (PROFLEX, GOODUEP, EUSTEP, UNIQM, E3M, INFOACES). He has participated in another 41 research competitive projects and more than 50 contracts with companies and organizations. He has published more than 100 articles in national and international journals (47 indexed papers) and more than 160 communications in national and international congresses.
