The international conference "Operators, Functions, and Systems of Mathematical Physics Conference" (OFSMPC), on the occasion of Professor Hamlet Isakhanli’s 70^th birthday, is to be held at Khazar University. OFSMPC will take place on 21–24 May, 2018, at the Department of Mathematics of Khazar University, Baku, Azerbaijan.
