On April 20, 2022, Baku Business University hosted a preliminary discussion of a document prepared for the Rectors 'Conference within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Establishment of Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan" (ECAR), to which Khazar University is a partner.

The meeting was attended by the project coordinator, Baku Business University and members of the coordination commission from partner universities, and new proposals for the charter were discussed.

Khazar University was represented at the event by Vlad Vernygora, Vice Rector for International Relations, and Raziya Isayeva, Head of the Development Center.
