On November 26, 2021, the administration of Khazar University met with the representative of Selcuk University in Turkey.

The meeting was attended by Professor, Academician Hamlet Isaxanli, Founder of Khazar University, Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Associate Professor Irada Khalilova, Rector of the University, and Ugur Uslu, Professor of the Department of Microbiology, Selcuk University, During the meeting, discussions were held on cooperation between Khazar University and Selcuk University in the field of veterinary medicine, supervising master's and doctoral students, joint scientific work, conferences, seminars and projects.
