Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, has been elected to the editorial board of the Journal of Eurasian Turkic Studies, published by Dongduk Women's University in the Republic of Korea.

The editor-in-chief of this journal, published twice a year in English, is Prof. Dr. Eunkyung Oh.
