On June 27, 2019, Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees received students from Sumgayit “Dunya” School, distinguished in the Republican Subject Olympiads, International Robotics Contest and World Karate Championship.

Students, that worthily represented Sumgayit “Dunya” School, as well as Khazar University, were introduced to Professor Hamlet Isakhanli: Murad Ganbarli (11^th grade) - 3^rd place in Republican Subject Olympiad on Chemistry; Farhad Novruzov (9^th grade) - 3^rd place in the Republican Subject Olympiad on Mathematics; Aziz Huseynov (9^th grade) - 1st place in the Republican Subject Olympiad on IT; Elmaddin Selimli (2^nd grade) - was awarded the title of Twice World Champion in the 10th World Karate Championship held in Bucharest, Romania; Chirag Zeynalova (8^th grade) - Silver medal at the International Robotics Competition in Bucharest, Romania; Hasan Yekayev (9^th grade) - Silver medal at the International Robotics Competition in Bucharest, Romania.

Professor Hamlet Isakhanli had a sincere talk with the students, inquired about their wishes and problems, and presented them with the letters of gratitude from Khazar University.
