A student whose studies at the university are interrupted for any reason for a period of one semester or more (excluding summer sessions) must submit a formal Application for Re-admission and a re-application fee – equivalent of 50 AZN (New Azerbaijani Manat).

Re-admission takes place at the end of the previous or beginning of the current semester.

All re-admissions must be approved by the relevant dean’s office.

Students who were in good standing when they left the university are virtually assured of re-admission.

A student who is re-admitted is subject to the academic requirements and regulations in effect at the time of re-admission.
