As part of its Lifelong learning initiatives, Khazar University conducts various outreach training programs aimed at enhancing professional competencies in the education sector.

Potential School Principals Program

Khazar University regularly organizes a comprehensive training program for Potential School Principals to support professional growth and strengthen educational leadership capacity across the country.

The training is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective school management, curriculum implementation, and educational decision-making. The program covers the following modules:

• Education Management
• Right to Education
• Application of the Curriculum in Schools
• Psychology
• Statistics
• Finance
• Logic
• Information Technologies

At the end of the program, participants are awarded a Professional Development Certificate issued by Khazar University, equivalent to 36 credits (216 hours). This certification recognizes the participants’ successful completion of the program and their readiness to take on leadership roles in educational institutions.
