Khazar University organizes a workshop on the EU for the representatives of Civil Society and NGOs
On December 18-19, 2021, the Political Science and Philosophy Department of Khazar University organized a 2-day workshop on EU for the representatives of civil societies and NGOs.
Organized within the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module, the workshop entitled "What is the EU and how does it work?" discussed the historical evolution, institutions (European Council, European Commission, European Parliament, Council of the European Union, Court of Justice) of the Union, it's complex decision-making system, and the EU-Azerbaijan relations.
Following the workshop, attendees were given didactic material on the European Union – co-authored by Academic Coordinators of Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module Elmar Mustafayev and Zibar Huseynova.

Khazar University organized a workshop on EU for journalists and students majoring in Journalism
On December 3-4, 2022, the Political Science and Philosophy Department of Khazar University organized a two-day workshop on European Union for journalists of different media representatives and students majoring in Journalism.
Organized within the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module, the workshop entitled "What is the EU and how does it work?" discussed the historical evolution, institutions (European Council, European Commission, European Parliament, Council of the European Union, Court of Justice) of the Union and its complex decision-making system.
Following the workshop, attended by more than 40 journalists and Journalism students, were given didactic material on the European Union – co-authored by Academic Coordinators of Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module Elmar Mustafayev and Zibar Huseynova. Moreover, participants of the workshop were awarded a certificate of attendance.
