Graduates of higher education institutions with a bachelor’s degree and people with professional experience are eligible to apply for the Khazar University’s graduate programs, including MSc, MBA and PhD. programs.

Citizens of Azerbaijan Republic applying for the master programs must pass an entrance exam organized by State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with exam schedule predetermined by the Center.

Azerbaijani citizens must submit the following documents:

• Official graduate test score from the State Examination Center
• Certified copies of previous diplomas and academic transcripts
• Official Application Form of Khazar University
• Copy of Identity Card

Nationals of other countries can directly apply to the University from their home countries. Different documents may be required for nationals of different countries, therefore prospective international students should contact the International Affairs Office for details.
