A seminar on "Preparing Articles for Publication in High-Impact Journals" will be conducted by Murad Aliyev, instructor at Khazar University's Education Department and PhD candidate in Pedagogy at Beijing Normal University.

The seminar will be held on February 18, 2026, at 14:00 at Khazar University's Neftchilar Campus, in room 102 N. The seminar will be conducted in Azerbaijani.
