On December 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., a preliminary discussion will be held of the dissertation work entitled "School Leadership: Impact of School Director–Led Workplace Professional Development on Teachers' Improvement and Students' Academic Progress" prepared within the framework of the Doctor of Philosophy program by Oluvaseyi Olubunmi Sodiyan, doctoral student in specialty 5802.01 – "Organization and Planning of Education" at Khazar University's School of Science and Engineering and the Department of Education.
