Seminar by PhD Student from Istanbul University to be Held

A seminar titled The Straits Question in Türkiye-Russia Relations (Lausanne and Montreux Conferences) will be delivered by PhD student Ayten Vurgun Ayyublu, organized by the Graduate School of Science, Arts and Technology and the Department of History and Archaeology. The speaker is pursuing her doctoral studies at Istanbul University, Türkiye, under a tripartite agreement between the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Khazar University, within the framework of the "Doctoral Education Abroad Program for Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023."

The seminar will be held online via Zoom platform on February 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Anyone interested is welcome to join.
