Geopolitics of Technology

The Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University will organize an academic seminar on "Geopolitics of Technology" on February 18-19, 2025.

The opening program of the academic seminar will take place with the participation of Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees of Khazar University, and Prof. Birol AKGUN, newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to Azerbaijan.

Guest speakers Prof. Erman Akilli (Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University) and Dr. Gloria Shkurti Ozdemir (SETA) will conduct theoretical and practical seminars on the technology of geopolitics for participants over two days.
