Doctoral candidate Fargana Seyidli is pursuing her doctoral studies in the "Education" specialty at the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom, based on a trilateral agreement between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Khazar University, within the framework of the "State Program for Increasing International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023-2027".
