To the Attention of the Students Admitted to Khazar University's Master's Program

Students admitted to the program must register on the platform https://portal.edu.az/ between July 09-18 and after entering the created cabinet, select the service "Registration of students in higher and secondary special education" from the available options.

Failure to register within this period will be considered as a refusal of the offered major.

Once the “accepted” status is received on the https://portal.edu.az/ platform, students must personally submit the following documents to the Admissions and Information Office at Khazar University (Neftchilar , 41 Mahsati Ganjavi Street, Room 406) between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM:

Notarized diploma and diploma supplement (or a certificate of graduation for current graduates)
Identity card and its copy
4 color photos in print (3x4 size)
Medical certificate
