Seminar by PhD student of Istanbul University,Türkiye, to be Held

An online seminar by the PhD student Mahammad Charkasov entitled "Time series cointegration analysis: Johansen-Juselius test" will be organized by the Department of Economics and Management on May 15, 2024 at 17.00.
The speaker is pursuing her PhD at Istanbul University,Türkiye, in “Finance” under the tripartite agreement with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Khazar University within the program "Doctoral Education Abroad to Increase the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023.

The seminar will provide an overview of "time series" in an econometric context and explore the basics of time series analysis. Information will then be shared on the use of various statistical tests that are important for identifying cointegrating relationships.
