Vacancy for Assistant in the Department of Education of Khazar University
The department assistant, under departmental guidance, will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Offer necessary technical support and individual guidance to students enrolled in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs;
- Compile the annual attestation and assess student achievements at the end of each semester and academic year, engaging in documentation tasks;
- Organize and oversee the coordinated work of the students across bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels with the department;
- Handle documentation pertaining to the department's activities;
- Develop and maintain an updated database of students and graduates for continuous communication;
- Prepare minutes of department meetings;
- Carry out the proper organization of other clerical duties.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Possession of a Master's degree relevant to the department's focus;
- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in Azerbaijani;
- Experience in handling documents, correspondence, and clerical tasks;
- Competence in using office programs;
- Teamwork – the ability to encourage people to cooperate and share ideas; Leadership capabilities, demonstrating both independent work and effective team collaboration;
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
