A seminar by PhD student of Tor Vergata University, Italy, to be held

A seminar entitled “The Rule of Law: Basic Principles and Functioning of the Legal State", the speaker of which is Mammadov Polad Fikrat, will be organized by the Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology and Law Department.

The speaker is a doctoral student pursuing his PhD at Tor Vervata University, Italy, under the tripartite agreement with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Khazar University within the program "Doctoral Education Abroad to Increase the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023.

The training will be held online on the Zoom platform on 07.12.2023 at 13:00. Anyone who wants can join.
