Please be informed that the mentoring program for students is organized within the framework of the “Rise” competition established by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In order to ensure sustainability in the training of a new generation of managers in the country, the winners of the “RISE” competition are ready to share their experience with students of Khazar University as part of the Mentoring program.

Who are the winners of the RISE competition as mentors?

• A teacher who has knowledge and experience and knows the “formula for success”.
• A person who always gives the right advice and guides on the path to career growth.
• A “friend” capable of objective criticism in time and place.

Who can participate in the program?

• 3rd and 4th year students with high strategic and creative thinking, results orientation, change management, communication skills and interest in management and leadership positions

Required documents

• Autobiography
• Motivation letter (expectations from the mentoring program and goals in professional life)

As part of the program, each mentor will select two students who will study mentorship for one academic year.
