To the attention of applicants studying or completing doctoral and dissertation studies who wish to take part in the Doctor of Philosophy exams in foreign languages and the Azerbaijani language! (foreigners and stateless persons)

The State Examination Center announces the registration of applicants who have studied or completed their doctoral and dissertation studies for participating in a foreign language exam, as well as foreigners and stateless persons to take part in the doctoral examinations in the Azerbaijani language by May 31, 2023.

Applicants studying or completing doctoral or dissertation studies in higher education institutions, scientific institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan must create a “Personal Cabinet” on the SEC website (http://ekabinet.dim.gov.az) in accordance with the “Rules for Creation and Use of a Personal Cabinet” to participate in a foreign language exam and stateless persons must register to take the Doctor of Philosophy exam in the Azerbaijani language.

The Doctor of Philosophy exam in foreign languages is scheduled for June 11, 2023, and the Doctor of Philosophy exam in the Azerbaijani language for foreigners is scheduled for June 12. The exam on the speaking block is planned to be held within a few days from June 16, 2023.
