To the attention of candidates wishing to take part in the entrance exam in a foreign language for doctoral and dissertation programs for the 2023/2024 academic year

The State Examination Center(SEC) announces the registration of candidates for the doctoral and dissertation programs entrance exams in foreign languages for the 2023-2024 academic year from May 22 to 31, 2022.

During this period, candidates who intend to submit their documents for admission to doctoral and dissertation programs to higher education institutions, scientific institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan must create a "Personal Cabinet" on the SEC website (http://ekabinet.dim.gov.az) in accordance with the Rules for the creation and use of the "Personal Cabinet" and register to take the foreign language exam.

The entrance exam for doctoral and dissertation programs in foreign languages is scheduled for June 11, 2023. The exam on the speaking block is planned to be held within a few days from June 16.
