The international scientific conference “Uzun Hasan and political, socio-economic and cultural problems of the Turkic world in his time", dedicated to the 600th anniversary of the birth of Uzun Hasan, ruler of Aq Qoyunlu, an important historical figure for the entire Turkic world, will be organized by the Department of History and Archeology of Khazar University. Employees of higher education and scientific-research institutions of the country, as well as scientists and specialists from foreign countries, can participate in the conference.
