The 3rd KANS Scientific Competition to be held

Dear young scholars,

We are pleased to announce that Mustafa Science and Technology Foundation (MSTF) intends to hold the 3rd KANS Scientific Competition.

Young scholars can participate in this competition by submitting their scientific achievements or their innovative solutions for challenges declared by international scientific institutions. Scientific achievements and solutions, in the form of 3-to-5-minute video, should be uploaded on the competition website “kans.mstfdn.org” till December 6th.

It is our honor to mention that Khazar University own the pavilion in the competition and have suggest 4 various topics in the Energy, Water and Environment:

Subject: Cleanup of oil-contaminated soils
Subject: Development of small-scale wastewater treatment technologies
Subject: Development of technologies for POPs pesticide destruction
Subject: Role of clay minerals in gas emission of mud volcanoes

Who can participate:

University student, researcher, technologist and scholar under 45 years of age.

Agriculture and food industry
Energy, water and environment
Health and MedTech
Electronics and robotics
Mining and Mineral Industries
ICT and Artificial intelligence

6 Winners will be awarded:

KANS medal and plaque of appreciation
30-gram Gold Insignia
Special privileges for benefiting from MSTF networking platforms as well as Young Scientists Fellowship program (YSFP) worth 2000$.
