Eurasia Hub is organizing this event on Energy Transitions in Eurasia together with the Publish What You Pay (PWYP) Eurasia Working Group on EITI in collaboration with Khazar University. This webinar presents the findings of our new report which analyzed the adoption and implementation of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks in relation to renewable energy development in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Ukraine. We will also discuss some of the obstacles to a more effective government policymaking in the realm of low-carbon transitions.
