Aygun Azadova, who is doing a PhD at the University of Essex on the basis of a state program and a letter of recommendation from Khazar University, will hold an online seminar organized by Khazar University on July 8, 2021 at 15:00 (Baku time).

The seminar will cover the following topics:

• Familiarity with Kaplan Meier Plotter, EnrichR, David Ontology, Human Protein Atlas, cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics, Cosmic, Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases
• What is R, the initial operations in R
• Familiarity with different data structures
• Visualization of data in R in a simple format
• Microarray technology and gene expression analysis
• Research and initial analysis of genomic information in the GEO database
• R loading and complex analysis of gene expression data from the GEO platform
