According to a study by the World Resources Institute, water stress in Azerbaijan is rated moderately high, and Azerbaijan ranks 18th out of 33 countries that will face water shortage by 2040.

In response to this alarm, “Youth Inc.” Entrepreneurship Program has launched a project to find innovative solutions to existing water problems in Azerbaijan and to highlight the importance of proper water resources management. The project, called "From Start to Smart", covers a period of 9 months and consists of 4 stages. In this project, you will take advantage of opportunities such as developing a prototype of your idea related water and mentornity sessions. Also, the winners of final stage of the project will receive investment from an investment fund of up to 17,000 AZN.

The New World Program that is a partnership between The Coca-Cola Foundation and Global Water Challenge, will allow your idea to be recognized internationally. Alongside, the state partners of the project are the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Agrarian Credit and Development Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
