Conversation clubs-by Students

Khazar University Teaching and Learning Center organizes conversation clubs for students, which aims to improve students’ speaking skills in English. Conversation sessions will be held by foreign students via MS TEAMS. The sessions will be held once a week on Saturday at 18:30.

The sessions will include activities such as:  

  • using skills to create dialogues,
  • encouraging participants to carry out conversations about a specific situation in everyday life,
  • encouraging participants to share their own experiences,
  • encouraging participants to discuss their point of view of a literature piece/ a book,
  • encouraging participants to carry out small games/ debates,
  • encouraging participants to explore their creative new topics/ideas,
  • encouraging participants to speak up and push them out of their comfort zone,
