According to the latest decision of the Ministry of Education today, the registration of new students will be carried out online by the universities from September 25 to October 7. The following documents must be submitted for online registration:

1. Applicant's reference number
   
2. Applicant's FIN number
3. One colorful picture (3x4 size)
4. Receipt of payment of tuition fees (applies to those admitted on a paid basis)
5. Student’s contact telephone number

In order to properly organize the registration process at Khazar University, the registration of those admitted is systematized by groups. With this in mind, please send the above requested information to the corresponding email addresses:

For Scholarship Holders (all groups)

Admitted on Fee-paying Basis

• Group majors I and II - send information to khalakbarova@khazar.org
• Group majors III, IV and V - send information to lnamazova@khazar.org

The following required original documents must be shown to the university upon completion of the registration process:

1. High School Certificate
2. Copy of ID card
3. Picture (4 pieces in 3x4 size)
4. Medical certificate

Tuition must be paid to Khazar University's Xalq Bank account.
