Celal Bayar University Fellow to Visit LIC

Between the period of September 10 to 13, 2019, Dr. Seval Özbalcı, the faculty member of the University of Manisa Celal Bayar, will visit Khazar University Library and Information Center under the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program. During this time, there will be discussions between the two universities on the exchange of electronic resources, library rules and responsibilities.
