On May 24-25, 2019, Khazar University will hold the 2nd International Conference on One Health in Azerbaijan. The Conference is jointly organized by Khazar University, the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Institute of Biophysics of ANAS, Azerbaijan Medical University and The Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The main theme of the conference is “Problems and their Solutions in One Health”, which will cover a wide range of critically important sessions from basic research to innovations in One Health in Azerbaijan. The conference intends to use discussions and presentations on new One Health Approaches, food safety, diseases control and prevention strategies, policies and One Health capacity building to achieve the best health for people, animal and our environment in Azerbaijan. We encourage building new relationships among young researchers and experts in order to boost future collaboration at regional and global levels.

Oral and poster presentations
The Scientific Organization Committee will select abstracts for oral and poster presentations. On-board poster presenters must bring their printed posters to the conference, set up from 10:00 on May 24th onwards May 25th, and stand beside their posters during coffee breaks. During the poster presentation, the Scientific Committee will choose outstanding best poster based on the evaluation. The poster format is 120 cm high and 100 cm wide in a Portrait format. Abstracts should be submitted online on the conference page. Abstracts must be submitted online at the Conference website.
Proceedings/publications
The proceedings will be published in one of the special issues of the scientific peer-reviewed journal, as well as in the Conference electronic book. Authors can submit one paper for each presentation.
