PhD Program (full time) and PhD Program (part time) are 3 and 4 years respectively.
Education in a PhD program:
1. Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with higher education background (those having Master's degree or equivalent one) are enrolled on both programs through competition.
2. Those who graduated full PhD program (former Postgraduate course) are not eligible to be enrolled in a PhD program again.
Documents for the application process:
- Application (to Head of institution or organization offering PhD program);
- Personal record sheet of staff;
- CV;
- 2 photos (3x4 cm);
- Reference Letter from a place of work;
- Extract from the workbook of those with work experience;
- List of articles or an abstract on the selected speciality;
- Duly certified copy of diploma on graduation from higher education institution (Certificate of recognition of education for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan studied abroad);
- Copy of ID.
Applicants need to submit documents, in person, to the Division for Graduate Students and Research of Khazar University (room 412).
