Scholarships for International Students - Applications are NOW OPEN!

Applications are open for international citizens to study with scholarship at bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD levels at Khazar University.

Being one of the leading universities in Azerbaijan, Khazar University promotes a productive environment for advanced teaching and research. This year Khazar University welcomes international students once more to be part of this innovative and thriving international community! Studies are in English.

Khazar University Excellence Scholarship covers the total amount of the tuition fee for one academic year and can be prolonged based on the academic performance of the grantee. Candidates applying to Master’s and PhD programs are eligible for this scholarship.

Khazar University Merit Scholarship covers 75%, 50%, or 25% of the tuition fees depending on the academic performance of the applicant. Candidates applying to bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD programs are eligible for these scholarships.
