On October 16-24, 2018, Rovshan Abbasov, Head of the Department of Geography and the Environment of Khazar University, will participate, “as an invited speaker”, in World Lake Conference to be held in Tsukuba city, Ibaraki prefecture, Japan, organized on joint initiatives of UN and International Lake Committee. On behalf of Khazar University, Rovshan Abbasov will deliver a report on the topic “Ecosystem services of metropolitan territorial lakes”.
