MBA Director

 

Job Description

●       To design, develop, plan and oversee the implementation and evaluation of new and current academic programs, activities, and services to increase MBA program value.

●       To advise current and prospective students regarding registration, course selection, individualized plans of study, and graduation requirements.

●       To plan and implement subject related activities and events.

●       To teach MBA courses.

●       To communicate with teachers and collect syllabi.

●       To control daily academic activities of teachers and students.

●       To conduct academic research and publish in scholarly journals.

●       To report on academic activities to the Head of Economics and Management Department, and administrative activities to the Dean of the School of Economics and Management.

●       To help with the overall running of the faculty by undertaking tasks as requested and directed by the Dean of the School of Economics and Management.

 

Qualifications

 

●       MBA/master degree.

●       Research potential and good teaching capabilities.

●       Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

●       Good computer skills including database management.

●       Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively.

●       A bright and positive attitude, and self-motivation

●       Good time and stress management skills

●       Collegiality: respectful, approachable and team oriented, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

 

Preferable start of employment is September 2016.
