Beyrak Hajiyev, a faculty member of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, is one of the co-authors of “A Partnership in Search of a Framework: The Azerbaijan-EU Relations in a New Era,” published by the Topchubashov Center in 2026.

The book examines Azerbaijan–European Union relations in the context of a changing geopolitical environment. It addresses key issues, including the EU’s position as a geopolitical actor, its role in security and mediation in the South Caucasus, its involvement in the Armenia–Azerbaijan normalization process, energy relations, and transport cooperation.

The publication provides valuable research insights into the current dynamics of Azerbaijan–EU relations and the geopolitical developments shaping the South Caucasus.
